Plain-language summary: nothing on this site is for sale, we are an independent blog rather than the restaurant, and menu details can change between publishing and your visit. The full wording below is what actually applies.

About this site

Flomzu Delivery publishes editorial content about Shake Shack's limited-time menu drops, seasonal items and delivery-friendly ordering habits. Our writing exists to help readers understand what a drop contains, how it compares to the standing menu, and how it tends to travel once it leaves the counter.

We are not Shake Shack. We are not affiliated with Shake Shack, we do not operate a restaurant, and we do not sell food, take orders or process payments. Any menu information on this site is descriptive and may become outdated as menus change. Where our posts and the restaurant's own current information disagree, the restaurant's information is the one that matters.

These terms are written for readers in the United States and apply to this website only, not to any restaurant, delivery platform or app you may reach from a link here.

Acceptable use

You are welcome to read this site, link to it from a forum, a newsletter or a personal page, and quote short passages with attribution back to flomzu.delivery.

01

Reading and sharing

Read any page, link to it, and quote a short passage as long as you name the site and, where practical, link back to the page you took it from.

02

No republication

Do not copy substantial portions of our posts, translate them, or republish them elsewhere as your own work, whether in full or reassembled from paragraphs.

03

No automated scraping

Do not scrape the site at scale, mirror it, or pull its content into a dataset or feed. Reasonable indexing for search engines is fine.

04

No interference

Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or otherwise interfere with the operation or security of the site or the services it depends on.

If you want to reuse more than a short passage, write to us first and describe how you plan to use it.

No orders or transactions

This site does not offer products or services for sale. Nothing published here constitutes an offer, and no payment relationship is created by reading it. We do not take orders, hold carts, collect payment details or issue refunds.

Orders, substitutions and refunds are handled entirely by the restaurant or the delivery platform you used to place them. If your meal arrived cold, incomplete or different from what you expected, that conversation belongs with the platform or the restaurant, not with this blog.

Where each job sits

  • Menu questions and item availability

The restaurant or the location you visit.

  • Orders, delivery tracking, refunds

The delivery platform used to place the order.

  • Corrections to our articles

    Write to info@flomzu.delivery.

Accuracy and availability

Menu items, ingredients, portion formats and availability change often and vary by location. We describe items based on published menu information at the time of writing, and we correct posts when we learn that something is wrong or has been retired from the lineup.

We do not warrant that any item described here is currently available at any particular location, that it is prepared the way we describe it, or that allergen and ingredient information in our posts is complete. Always confirm directly with the restaurant before ordering if an ingredient matters to you.

A menu post goes onto the sheet as a claim about one moment, not a standing promise about every counter in the country.

What can change after we publish

  • The drop itself A limited-time item can sell out early, return later or simply end before the date we expected.
  • Recipes and build Sauces, toppings and bun styles are sometimes adjusted between test locations and wider release.
  • Location menus Individual counters can run their own lineup, so the same item may not appear everywhere on the same day.
  • Prices We do not publish pricing as a rule, because it differs by city, channel and platform fees.

Spotted something that no longer matches? Tell us which page and which item, and we will look at it in the next editing pass. You can also start from the Shake Shack Menu Guide if you want to check what we currently describe.

Intellectual property

Site text and original editorial content belong to Flomzu Delivery, including the blog posts, drop write-ups and comparison notes we publish. You may not present them as your own.

Brand names

Brand names, item names and marks referenced on this site stay the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and commentary only.

Imagery

Photographs on this site are illustrations of the items we write about. They are not supplied by the restaurant and should not be read as official product shots.

Requests

Rights holders with a concern about a specific reference or image can write to us and we will review it promptly.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of our content, including ordering decisions, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be set aside, and nothing in these terms should be read that way.

What this means in practice

If a drop sells out before you arrive

That is a risk of limited-time menus. Our coverage does not create an entitlement to any item, and no availability is promised by us.

If an ingredient or allergen matters to you

Check with the restaurant before ordering. Our descriptions are summary level and are not a substitute for a location's own ingredient information.

If an order arrives wrong

Raise it with the platform or restaurant that fulfilled the order. They hold the transaction; we hold none of it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site grows or as the blog changes the kind of content it publishes. The current version is the one published on this page.

Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If a revision is significant, we will note the new date at the top of this page rather than quietly rewriting the text.

Older versions are not archived publicly, but you can write to us if you need to know what applied on a particular date.

Questions readers send us most

Can I order through this site?

No. There is no basket, no checkout and no payment step on flomzu.delivery. Ordering happens on the restaurant's own site or on the delivery platform you normally use.

Are you connected to Shake Shack?

No. We are an independent blog that writes about the menu. We are not affiliated with the restaurant and we do not speak for it.

Can I repost a full article?

Not in full. Short quotes with a credit and a link are fine. For anything longer, ask first and explain where it would appear.

What data does the site collect?

Details are set out in the privacy policy and the cookie policy. This page covers the rules for using the site, not the data handling rules, and the two documents are meant to be read together.
